This month, we want to share about three great ywamers… Elizabeth Gimenez, Benjamin Gonzalez and Sandra Sanchez. These three are in India at the moment. They´re serving for the next few months at the YWAM Bangalore base in India.

In total, these three will be in India for 6 months to get to know the culture, people, serve in our Latin ministries in India and look ahead to new projects with India in their hearts.

They´re doing well. The food has at times been unsettling, but apart from that, they´re encouraged and working very hard.

In India, they´re working on the base, with a girl´s orphanage, with missions and serving however they can.

If you’re interested in learning more about Elizabeth, Benjamin or Sandra or want to send them a love offering, please contact our base or use our PayPal page and state where you´d like your offering to go. Thanks!

Dear Friends,

June is coming to a close! Winter is coming and it’s cold outside. But we’re encouraged and excited to see everything that God is doing.

It’s also time to say good-bye to Compassion DTS students as they prepare to go on outreach. They’ll be heading to San Juan, San Luis, Buenos Aires, Misiones and Mexico in these next two months. They’re all excited and now itching to go out, serve and share.

Our international outreach teams have returned home. It was a month of blessing. They served, got to know people in the desert, work in the community and build bridges here in Argentina. We were priveledged to have the two teams!

We send you greetings as a base and encourage you this month to seek God, look for intimacy with Him and don’t settle for common life.

Blessings from Mendoza,

It´s May now! What are we up to right now…

We have a Soccer DTS school on outreach. They´ve been stretched and challenged and God has used them in great ways in other´s lives.

Also there´s a Compassion DTS going on right now. We have 14 students from Argentina, England, the States, and Canada who are here learning more about God and allowing Him to minister to them.

On base we´re taking part in making the schools happen by cooking, cleaning, teaching and translating. We also have some painting jobs going on too.

Talking about painting… we´ve just finished painting a local school´s wall!! The YWAMers did games with the students, got to know them more and then they put the kids put their handprints on the wall. So after months of dedication painting it, it´s finished and everyone is so pleased!

We continue serving with our regular ministries like the sports ministry, art, feeding program, and prison ministry.

Next week we´ll be receiving an outreach team from the YWAM Dayton base and we´ll be taking them into the desert, they´ll be serving in the city and community and reaching out in Mendoza. Then we have a team that will be with us from ORU and they´ll also be serving along-side of us here in Mendoza and going into the campo.

In a few weeks we´ll be off to San Juan to run a sports camp. The camp is for youth and gives them an opportunity to go deeper with God, do some sports and learn about what YWAM is all about.
